Product Coordinator

As a Product & Platform Coordinator at MS2 Group, you’ll play a critical role in connecting ideas to execution. Working across our ventures — from Hypeer Horizon to NEVO and Bloxify — you’ll help shape and manage the rollout of digital products, internal tools, and user-facing platforms.
This is a role for someone who understands how digital products come together, and who thrives in a fast-moving, detail-driven environment.
Your Role
You’ll work closely with product leads, designers, developers, and founders to coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure delivery. You’ll help manage product feedback, translate business needs into specs, and keep the momentum alive across multiple projects.
Your job isn’t to manage people — it’s to manage clarity. And to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Ideal Candidate
You’re organized, tech-savvy, and proactive. You know how to work with developers and designers, even if you’re not one yourself. You’re great at documenting, prioritizing, and spotting blockers before they become issues.
One to three years of experience in product coordination, project management, or platform operations
Solid understanding of SaaS, UI/UX processes, and digital tool ecosystems
Strong organizational skills and a bias toward structured communication
Bonus: experience with no-code tools or startup product teams

Notion (project and product management)
Slack (communication and daily ops)
Figma (interface reviews and collaboration)
Google Sheets + Docs (specs, roadmaps, tracking)
Internal tools and dashboards
(Optional: experience with tools like Trello, Linear, Jira, or similar)
What You'll Do
Support platform rollout and feature updates across MS2 products
Coordinate feedback loops between users, designers, and developers
Maintain structured product documentation and update trackers
Help shape product roadmaps with insight from usage, market trends, and internal strategy
Monitor delivery timelines and keep the right people aligned and accountable
