Community Manager

As a Community & Partnerships Manager, you’ll be the connection point between founders, investors, creators, and operators across our ventures. From managing member experiences inside the Innovator Circle to shaping new partnerships across our brand ecosystem, you’ll help build and sustain a network that drives value on every level.
This isn’t just a support role — it’s a relationship architecture role.
Your Role
You’ll own the flow of communication, onboarding, and relationship-building within the MS2 Group’s community layer. You’ll also scout and cultivate strategic partnerships — whether that’s an investor for NEVO, a platform partner for Hypeer Horizon, or a creator collab for Venture Visionaries.
You’re here to create alignment, not noise. You’ll connect dots, spot opportunity, and ensure people feel like they’re part of something meaningful.
Ideal Candidate
You’re a builder of trust and a master of clarity. You know how to lead conversations, make people feel seen, and follow through. You’re organized, emotionally intelligent, and energized by people who move fast.
Two to four years in community management, partnerships, or relationship-focused roles
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
Experience managing onboarding, internal messaging, and CRM systems
Bonus: experience with private communities, strategic partnerships, or B2B networks
Tools
Notion (member records, workflows, internal docs)
Slack (internal and external communication)
Google Sheets / CRM tools
Typeform or similar for applications/onboarding
Custom-built dashboards and platforms (e.g. Innovator Circle backend)
What You'll Do
Manage onboarding, engagement, and retention across our private communities
Handle day-to-day communication with key members, advisors, and partners
Identify and develop new partnership opportunities
Coordinate events, calls, and private sessions across time zones
Report on engagement metrics, feedback loops, and partnership ROI
