Executive Assistant
Summary
This is not a traditional assistant role. This is a high-trust, high-impact position at the core of everything we do.
As Executive Assistant to the Founder at MS2 Group, you’ll operate as a strategic extension of leadership — helping drive clarity, momentum, and structure across the group’s ventures. You’ll handle top-level coordination, calendar intelligence, communication prep, and day-to-day operational follow-through.
This is for someone who thrives behind the scenes but plays a visible role in ensuring that nothing important slips.
Your Role
You’ll work directly with our founder to manage time, priorities, and execution across all companies inside the MS2 ecosystem. From coordinating investor meetings to streamlining internal operations — your job is to enable sharper focus, faster decisions, and better alignment at the leadership level.
This role requires discretion, structure, and ruthless prioritization. You’ll act as a gatekeeper, a problem solver, and a true right hand.
Ideal Candidate
You are precise, proactive, and calm under pressure. You understand how to support a high-performing founder and move fluidly between personal logistics and high-level business operations.
Two to five years experience in EA, Chief of Staff, or operations-heavy roles
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Highly structured, dependable, and tech-savvy
Able to manage sensitive information and fast-moving calendars
Bonus: experience in founder-led companies, family businesses, or multi-venture environments
Tools
Google Calendar & Gmail
Notion (tasks, SOPs, planning)
