As Content Architect at MS2 Group, you’ll design and oversee the strategic planning, structuring, and execution of content across ventures like Hypeer Horizon, Legacy Forge, Innovator Circle, and more. Your focus won’t just be on whatwe publish, but how, why, and where it fits in our long-term positioning.
This is a hybrid role between editorial strategy, systems design, and execution planning — made for someone who sees content as an engine, not an asset.
Your Role
You’ll build the content system — from topic architecture to asset planning, from channel frameworks to internal documentation. You’ll work alongside founders, media producers, and marketing leads to ensure every piece of content aligns with brand goals and drives momentum.

Ideal Candidate
You’re not just a content creator — you’re a strategist and builder. You understand how to structure content libraries, how to optimize for clarity and reusability, and how to scale systems that support multiple formats and voices.
Three + years in content strategy, editorial leadership, or structured content roles
Experience managing multi-channel content calendars and frameworks
Strong understanding of media flows (video, podcast, written) and brand tone
Obsessively organized, yet creatively sharp
Bonus: experience building in Notion, CMS platforms, or content libraries
Tools
Notion (content calendars, frameworks, and documentation)
Google Docs / Sheets / Slides (drafts, outlines, asset tracking)
Slack (team communication)
Airtable or CMS (optional for structure scaling)
Close collaboration with Adobe Suite & DaVinci post-producers
What You'll Do
Design and manage content strategy frameworks across all MS2 brands
Align content production with strategic goals, campaigns, and launches
Coordinate between founders, editors, designers, and producers
Maintain and evolve our internal content library and repurposing system
Ensure content is consistent in tone, quality, and positioning across platforms
