Content Producer

Summary

This is not a content treadmill job.

We’re looking for a Content & Media Producer who understands brand, tone, and strategic storytelling — someone who can turn raw ideas into polished, high-impact media across multiple formats and channels.

At MS2 Group, you’ll be working across our ventures — from thought-leadership podcasts and video series to brand visuals and campaign content. This role is ideal for a creator who’s hands-on, multi-disciplinary, and obsessed with turning clarity into content that moves people and brands forward.


Your Role

You’ll own the production process from idea to delivery. That means working directly with founders, strategists, and designers to shape narratives, capture visuals, and publish compelling media that aligns with brand goals and communicates real value.

Whether it’s editing podcast episodes, cutting reels for Venture Visionaries, or designing storyboards for a campaign — you’ll create content that actually means something.


Ideal Candidate

You’re both creative and strategic. You know how to bring a founder’s voice to life, elevate content through strong visual storytelling, and optimize media for digital distribution. You don’t wait for direction — you create, refine, and deliver with consistency.

  1. Two to four years of experience in content creation or media production

  2. Strong portfolio with video/audio editing, visual content, and/or branded storytelling

  3. Proficient with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop) or DaVinci Resolve

  4. Experience in producing for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and podcast platforms

  5. Bonus: experience working in entrepreneurial environments or with thought-leaders


 

Tools

  • Adobe Premiere / After Effects / Photoshop

  • DaVinci Resolve (or tool of your choice)

  • Descript (for podcast edits + transcripts)

  • Notion (to manage projects and collaborate with strategy team)

  • Frame.io or similar for review cycles

  • Google Drive, Slack


 

What You'll Do

  • Edit long- and short-form video and audio content across MS2 brands

  • Create strategic visual assets (thumbnails, clips, post visuals, intros/outros)

  • Collaborate with founders and strategists on content angles and scripts

  • Help define and maintain visual identity across formats

  • Optimize and publish content across multiple platforms with clarity and intent
