As a Digital Strategy Associate at MS2 Group, you’ll work directly with the founder and core leadership team to support key initiatives across our ecosystem of ventures — including FinTech, E-Learning, Web3, and Real Estate. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and growth — and it’s built for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-leverage environments.
Your Role
You’re the one who keeps the vision grounded in reality.
You’ll support strategic planning, conduct research, analyze data, and coordinate with operators and creatives across multiple ventures. Your job is to turn abstract ideas into structured plans, and structured plans into real results.
You won’t be micromanaged. You’ll be expected to think critically, move independently, and bring clarity where others see complexity.
Ideal Candidate
You’re not the type who waits for instructions. You take initiative, ask sharp questions, and figure things out fast.
You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and you care about moving the needle — not checking boxes. You’re fluent in digital business models and thrive when you’re surrounded by high performers who move with purpose.
Two + years in strategy, consulting, early-stage operations, or founder-like role.
Strong critical thinking and clear communication
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from scratch
Bonus: experience with startups, digital platforms, or SaaS ventures

Internal market research and intelligence tools
What You'll Do
Research markets, trends, competitors, and user behavior across sectors
Support go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, and campaign planning
Draft internal strategy briefs, frameworks, and alignment documents
Coordinate with designers, developers, and founders to keep initiatives moving
Spot opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies — and act on them with confidence
